They were fast and did a great job. Although their records were mixed up and they cancelled my original appointment and we had to reschedule. They scheduled a second appointment for me at a time when they are not regularly scheduled to work. They were fast and did a great job.

The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new. My cat has taken cat naps in them. The carpet looks much newer. THE BEST!! have to say they are THE BEST!! I have had my carpets cleaned by Paymon Fine Rug Imports and they are a lot better, and a lot less expensive as well! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done!! They are even pet friendly, and get the pet accidents out too. WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE!!! I was very impressed with their level of service, and prices! Thank You Paymon Fine Rug Imports so much for an excellent job! In fact schedule me for an every month carpet cleaning!!!
