We took a chance and bought for a reduced price without the allowance. Thankfully, the carpets cleaned up so well we were glad we didn`t have to buy new carpet. Stain treatment and Scotchguard were great features.

The repair was difficult and done well, though there were a couple of spots where the cut could have been straighter. All in all, I was pleased with the service and will likely use them again for cleaning.
