Owner parked his trash truck on my residential street for more than an hour with the motor running. The fumes were terrible When I asked him nicely if he could turn it off while he waited, he responded "Why are you aggravating me?" He continued to keep the motor running.
I'm a recent employee who had gotten injured due to someone else's fault. For whatever reason, this employer failed or forgot to provide and submitt the necessary paperwork as to issues such as workers comp. Now with me being injured the person responsible for the paperwork, won't admitt the oversight so that I cam move on with treatment.
