My water heater venting needed to be replaced, and Joey showed up promptly and was extremely courteous and kept me informed through the process. I decided to install a tankless water heater instead of fixing, venting on a regular heater. The installation proceeded smoothly, and Joey even gave me a number to contact him directly at and was available after hours for a question I had. Great professional service by Jojo S. Arrived on time and explained all the different plans. Very knowledgeable and experienced installer. Will definitely do business again with Payless and recommend them to others I know that will need new water heaters or service.
