My water heater of 100 Gallon were not functioning right. I had payless water heater from Orange county come by and technician spent 1/2 at the site. Tried to detect the problem with his instrument that were not working well. Called American Standard and tried to get advise from them how to detect the problem. Josh was polite and on time and did a good job removing my old water heater and installing my new one.
I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.
