The workmanship of this place has always been good. Normally I would have given 5 stars. Ensure you know what the price will be before agreeing to the work. I was quoted an "all in" price yesterday and today found out that apparently "all in" doesn't include tax ($70 in this case). If I had known the total I would have gone somewhere else. Honestly, it's left a bad feeling and I'm not sure I'll go back.
Brutal- location and parking is awkward. Explained what I needed multiple times to multiple people…was quoted a price 5$ per tire less than a competitor up the street so went ahead with Payless. Turns out they misunderstood the job and then tried to charge almost DOUBLE what the competitor was charging. Took forever to get in after being told to just swing by- ended up sitting on dirty seats with a van idling in my face for an hour. They didn’t add air to the tires, so pressure in all 4 was all over the map (from 18-30 PSI) ... read more
The owner was very nice guy! Took great care of me even though I showed up late on a Friday. Great service and fair prices. What else can you ask for?
