Place an order came in four days later customer service was excellent the whole experience was great. The pic is a van full of mini splits I ordered four of them and seven heads
I called to order a 30,000 BTU 3 head system and was told it was not in stock, but that they could ship a 36,000 BTU instead for the same price, shipping next day. I was surprised but pleased and placed the order. They called back next week to say the price was $250 higher and they had not shipped the order yet. Makes sense that a 36k BTU should cost more, but don't a bait and switch and tell me it is the same price and then ask for more money after I pay. Have to pay to reschedule install now too.
