EDIT: Seemed like a 5 star service... but the gutter guards installed have all but fallen off at this point... were installed with gaps and birds got in... not properly installed (screws not used), i was told this would be fine but now i just have a mess on my hands.

Called Wes 2months prior to schedule gutter cleaning. We agreed on a price and picked a week in November. At the beginning of that week I texted him to confirm a day. He texted “ today”. I asked morning or afternoon so I would be around to pay him. He said “noontime”. I waited all afternoon and no show. I texted and tried to call him that evening to find out what happened. He never responded! Days later, still no response. What a way to run a business!!
