Love my new Roman Shades from Payless Decor! The process to buy them was so easy and my handyman said they were the easiest shades he has ever hung (I probably could have done it myself - but based on past experience I thought there's no way I can hang shades by myself!) The selection was awesome - with so many fabrics and colors to choose from and the price was right! Thank you Payless Decor!

Love them.... my only issue is my own fault. I just assumed that since bamboo blinds are pretty dark in color they would provide a bit of privacy or a bit of blocking out of the light... so I didn't order the Privacy option or the light blocking option and despite the dark color of the bamboo blinds the light comes through full force so keep that in mind when ordering ...they don't block out much sunlight at all.
This company is amazing and their customer support is top notch. I had an unusual and somewhat difficult order to deal with. Not only were they patient, but the professionalism was outstanding! Beware of this company! I purchased bamboo blinds for multiple rooms, after buying my home in 2012. In less than 2 years several blinds began to show a manufacturing defect in the same place on each blind, and were replaced. Now, all of my Tibet blinds, ordered with privacy liner, (including replacements) all have the same damage. The company's reply is that all of their products will fade and show damage within 2 years. Quality product for a fraction of the cost. Well done. We are very pleased with this purchase. We will be purchasing more shades for the rest of the house!
I absolutely love my blinds. Except for a few minor glitches, I was able to install them all by myself. The directions could be a little more explanatory. It would have been nice to be able to watch some YouTube videos from measuring different types of windows to installation.
Highly disappointed in the Customer service and quality of my product.
