Never heard about them until the Groupon. Great service for our trip. We made it to our flight on time, and they picked us up at the airport to pick up our car in a very short amount of time.
Absolutely terrible service and some of the most stupid people I’ve ever met... when i rented they guy delayed and delayed until i agreed to purchased the extra insurance.. Plus, he was walking me through the cars trying to get me to upgrade to an SUV – another waste of time of over 45 minutes I wasted over 90 minutes with them trying to get me to upgrade and purchased insurance I didn’t need! The manager "ERM" was even worse..I cannot believe how they stay in business... I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS AGAIN!!!
I rented a vehicle that was over $10/day less the cheapest rate that I could find and I got a new 2012 car with under 100 miles on it. The staff was very nice also.
I'm not sure that I have the words to express how aggravated and upset I am with this company. They should be out of business entirely. My husband arrived into San Diego around 9:30 pm, and had a long day of flying across the country, with stops along the way. Not to mention that my husband is recovering from a serious spinal surgery and was going to San Diego for an important Dr. visit.
