The shuttle was quick and the drivers/staff were personable. The free car wash was a bonus, and although the car wasn't perfectly clean, it looked a lot better than when I drove it into the lot. I will definitely use the Payless Parking facility again in the future.
Pick up at the airport was fast. Got to my car and on the road faster than if I had gone to the econo lot.

Everything was positive. I had reserved online and they were already for me when I arrived. Van took me to airport right away. When I returned,called and within 5 minutes the van arrived to take me to car. Car was waiting and had been washed. Van driver put bags in car and gave me directions as to how to get to Rt 95N. Will use them again
People were courteous and picked us up at airport when called. Our car was freshly washed when we arrived at parking lot.
recommend Payless Parking to anyone, their service is excellent. The crew is committed to service the customer, I wish I knew what the company is doing to keep the crew so motivated. Trust me it makes a huge difference! I even found my car washed when I came to pick it up. Fast service, good manners, you cannot ask for more.
Good, was able to negotiate a fair deal, with the sales person, managers, etc. everyone was very friendly, dont like having to use all these words it diminishes my comments in my opinion..,
Mr. Gass was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. He had a lot of knowledge of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and made the whole expericance very pleasureable.
We arrived and they were very nice about everything and got us to the airport right away. Upon our return, we called when we got our bags and they picked us up within 5 minutes. Better service than I've had with more expensive parking lots around the PHL airport. Would definitely use again.
