A complete scam company. I returned the car with a full tank, yet they charged $150 to my credit card. I proved that I returned it full and uploaded the photos as evidence. It has been 30 days and they still haven’t issued the refund. Be careful.
Terrible car rental experience. Almost got killed in the first rental Payless gave us at Denver International Airport. Ford. SUV. Car slammed to a stop going 30 miles an hour, for no reason. Pushed my ribs into the steering wheel. Came very close to being rear ended. Had to wait several hours for another car to be delivered. Horrible customer service. First of all, Payless is using the same car poll from AVIS, and Budget so rental cars are no difference from either AVIS, or Budget. But Payless added some “service options” to my contact to increase the price but told me the price increase was just “security deposit” and the additional amount will be “refund” back to me when I return the car.
