By far the worst rental car company I've ever dealt with. Staff was rude and combative,car wasn't available even though I was told it would be, and not worth the energy. This is a terrible company, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY .(SCAMMERS) We rented car using our debit card we were charged $533.46 ,rental dates Dec. 3rd -Dec.5th return car 11:11a on the 5th. We were promised that our $250 deposit would be returned if the car was returned before 11:30a.m. We only received $122 refund. We brought the car back on a full tank of Gas and ahead of time . I’m so happy with this car rental that I’ve never rented with before. I needed a large suv and only one other company could provide that but it was SO expensive so I came across Payless and decided to give it a try. No waiting for pick up and the lady was so nice a quick and I even had a choice of large suvs. And this is Thanksgiving week. Randy who helped me find the car in the aisle which was so easy and he helped me adjust the seats, pair my phone and told me about all the services Payless rental offered. Definitely for me it was a terrible experience... I came in with a smile in a face, lane eas literally empty as the other airlines were full... I came close to the line sign looking for my turn... there was a woman talking to the desk guy who happens to be playing in his phone... she then left leaving him still playing on the phone... after 5 mins then Ive asked if this was Payless car rentals... he sarcastically looked back to the Payless car rental sign and said I guess we are... what do you need!! Never again! If you want them to be charging your card multiple times without explanation even after you prepaid, go here. They horrible. Still waiting to be refunded weeks after I returned the car.
