Pay the additional full rate elsewhere. they have a class action lawsuit for charges after rentals. we received A charge of $450 following a return of a rental that they claim was due to smoke which we absolutely did not smoke in the car and they sent us back subjective photos that show absolutely no evidence that anybody smoked in it and then they said it smelled like smoke which is completely subjective considering nobody smokes in my family that just drove that car nor did we smoke in the car and the pic... read more
Terrible company. Will add all kinds of extra charges then lie about it
I need to speak to an actual agent to help me I’ve been calling and calling to help me receive a receipt that husband needs for the military no help whatsoever it feels like I have been going around in circles. Customer service bad since I can’t get a hold to the actual person on Chicago airport Payless. I was given a case number and no help. I think it’s top notch. Easy in/out, always clean, frequent trains to the terminals. It’s pretty expensive to park though.
Despite what the directions will say, all rental agencies are within the building. I only dealt with Dollar Rent a Car and the woman was nice and helpful.
