Was billed for coolant flush that was not performed. Tech said no oil was missing, the dip stick out of of the shop was 2 quarts low. Received several invoices over the phone and on paper that varied. Valve cover gasket leaked after it was replaced. Price quoted was for a head gasket replacement but was never performed.
This auto repair facility is an excellent choice for commercial account vehicles. Turn around time is usually within 24 hrs. Their transmission repairs are exceptional and are built to run like brand new. Totally Recommend
I came to the shop on a Saturday around 2:30 even though I knew they closed at 3, but I didn’t know it was appointment only until I got there; I just knew they were the only shop open in my area. I asked it they could just do a diagnostic test so I would know what was wrong and they were nice enough to do it right then and there.
