I bought a 2009 Dodge journey off of them few days later it broke down they told me it was my fault that I broke it when I was driving it the transfer case was broken was never fixed they would not give me a new car or give me my money back I advise you people not to get nothing from here they are grease balls
They worked with me and helped me back onto the road as an uber driver. All I could ask for.
I have got 2 cars from them and love both of them and Amanda is always great when I go in and pay my payments wouldn't go anywhere else
Was so happy with my new car. I couldn't of asked for nicer service and feel really blessed that they could fit me in a car that seemed to be made just for me. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
I had to get a new to me car cause my old car decided it was old and not work anymore.. I went to payless auto and Amanda helped me out so much!! Everyone there is so nice and I am loving my new to me car.. It has tented Windows and a sunroof.. Two things I have always wanted :) and it is actually one of the best cars I have ever had :) thank you for all your help!!
I've been with Payless auto sales 5 years...never had a problem with any of the staff. All cars I've had were and are very dependable. As long as there here, I'll continue to do business with them...One of the best Buy Here Pay Here car lots..
I am filing a complaint regarding the business practices of your company. Spoke to Amanda (manager she states) today. The cars you sell (death traps), set people up for failure knowing they dont have the income, however, take a down payment so that you can repo and resell later. Along with allowing someone to come pick a car up after repo with no valid tags or license or insurance and leave your facility. The collections department is outrageous and breaks the law. I have never done business with this facility yet they come to my home and go through my mail looking for the person who lived here before. That's unnecessary.
