No hidden fees or dealership charges—everything was straightforward. They even replaced a cracked tail light as part of the deal. Great experience all around!
Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from the former Pacific Hwy location in Federal Way... and within a week the transmission went bad. The head gaskets were blown as well. I even took it and got a diagnostic test and I think they convinced the guy doing it to pass the car. Either way, I had to BUY A NEW MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION within 1 month of buying the POS.
