Henry has created a nightmare installation process for our carpet. And he makes it very apparent that if you’re not a 2,000 square foot house then he has more important customers. We were supposed to be installed Tuesday. Now it’s Thursday at 4pm and we only have one room done. Our house has been empty all week with our belongings in the garage in preparation of this install. About 600 square feet of carpet in three rooms, this should not be a multi-day install. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with.
I was very impressed with Henry and his partners. They helped me find just the right carpet for not just my home but one of my clients home as well. They were efficient, honest, on time and excellent communicators. I would recommend their company for anyone who needs carpet or other home remodeling.
