Absolutely appalled that you are deducting daily fees and creating more work in an already thin stretch staffing situation. I will 100% be leaving this company. You have shown your true greed by doing this. All your concern lies with is the dollar. While companies are temporarily reducing fees and suspending fees, you are making sure you get your 20 pieces of gold everyday. Also I did not receive a 30 day notice required for any changes made to set terms and conditions.
I once worked for this company and since the pandemic they have been holding clients money and putting restraints on the amount of charges they can do. So are you hding the money for yourself not to mention you haven't paid me in 8 months.
RecommendedThis platform is outstanding. The service we have always received it top notch. Their product is forward thinking easy to use and very customizable. Which has only improved since our implementation. We don’t really have any issues but when we do their customer service has always been reactive and caring.

Highly disappointed with a couple of its employees, the product is real good for the type of business it fits, Randy is cool! These other 2 employees I talk about here, really not good at what they do at all, its a joke! Andrew couldn't lead a horse to water, much less make him drink! , you hear me Andrew!
