Worst Payroll Ever – I 110% agree with Outsider73 on this one. Whenever I had a problem with a payroll Manny (our account manager) would fix it and get back to me within 15 minutes. However the rest or the management team and the owner are total A**holes. Towards the beginning of our relationship there was a ridiculous charge on a statement, so i contacted THE OWNER of the company and he stated that he would have to get with accounting to see if they could waive the fee. NOT VERY GOOD!!! – This company should not, I repeat, SHOULD NOT, be used as a payroll provider. They have to most outdated system you can imagine. There is zero customer service. They take forever to get year end/quarterly/W2s out to you. The management team does not care about the clients either. The reps are always on the phone and take forever to call back.
