Awful experience! Have been using this company for several years. I haven't left only because I am not confident things will be better anywhere else nor do I have the time to go through an entire onboarding process again. They market themselves as a full service payroll company when in reality, they are just a payroll software. You are expected to configure all back end mapping functions yourself based off their internal instructions for their proprietary software. I cannot say enough about how much we are glad to have brought Paycom on for Payroll and all things HR. While we are still in the implementation phase-they have been super helpful to work with. Looking forward to great days ahead!
