Our company has used Paycom for many years, and all I can say is that it is a fantastic tool for business. Paycom has all you need for HR administration and makes sure that you are compliant in all aspects. They are constantly working to make sure they have the most up-to-date system and technology to help HR as simply as possible. I would like to mention the excellent customer service; if you need them for anything, they are always available and happy to help with anything you need.

They don't deserve any stars Terrible customer service used to be a great company but no more. They make mistakes and want to charge client to fix Paycom errors. Did a spin with them which was a total disaster incorrect Socials incorrect insurance deductions wants to charge to correct incorrect W-2s Buyer Beware!!!

This company is the worst. They will mess up over and over, refuse to take accountability and then try to nickle and dime you with fees or charges on top of it all. I don't know how they have grown these past few years. A company that treats its customers the way I've been handled should go out of business. They don't deserve 1 star based on my experience over the past 9 months.
