As of recent this company has gone downhill with whatever they have going on with their systems because for the past month or two it has been nothing but problems with the company I work for getting paid on time or even getting paid at all with discrepancies. Will be happy to finally be done with Paychex and back with ADP after they switch over...
This company keeps sending me what looks like PAYROLL documents to my HOME ADDRESS to a person I am not. Having trouble reaching ANYONE to fix this.
These incompetent people suck ✨
If a company uses these people for payroll stay back. They withheld city taxes and didnt even send it to the city I live in. The just took $155.22 i paid into my city taxes. They will not resolve it either!
