As some others pointed out, cannot believe anyone rated this company in the top 10 payroll companies. The onboarding process was weak and trying to reach someone to assist with adding services and understanding the functionality of the platform was a joke. I also had an issue with misfiling of SUI and we have been trying to get it resolved for 4 months now. Our SUI rate skyrocketed as a result of their incompetence and lack of follow up. The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. We are a small business and Paychex input our SUI numbers incorrectly. We are receiving penalties and delinquent notices from unemployment b/c of their error. No response from our reps. Shame on AthenaT, KarielH, MichaelV. We need to speak with a supervisor.
ABSOLUTE WORST!! If this software is in the top ten of small business payroll services I can't imagine the others. Every week I have to deal with the page refreshing every time I have to change a job title or job location. It's slow, it freezes all the time, there's no tech support, you can only search for certain topics under a main topic instead of having one vast search. DO NOT USE! Run for your life.
I have had a support ticket out since April and have had poor communication about when it will ever get resolved. I cannot get my companies "assigned specialist" not any of the multiple "customer success representatives" to help. Paychex support is useless.
