I am at a complete loss. After reading through many of the other reviews, there is not much more I can say, except give some examples. No one seems to know anything, they pass you around until you dont seem to know what is up or down. When you cancel certain services, they continue to bill you. I cancelled insurance with them over a year ago, finally cancelled services with them roughly 4 months ago. As a small nonprofit manager we have had a horrible experience with this company. They are constantly doing things incorrectly, and then trying to fix them but making other errors. It has cost us tons of hours to correct and hundreds of dollars. We are definitely looking for another payroll vendor and appreciate any suggestions!
I can't explain how bad this company is. Even to disconnect from them took me over a year . Do yourself a favor do not even call them for information
