These bad reviews are here for a reason. Paychex ran payroll for me the first time, debited my business account for taxes and fees and then either sent my net pay check to the wrong address or lost it-after speaking to 3 people, I still can't figure out what happened. This has cost me time I could have been working. The worst part is that the sales rep I was dealing with (Medea) could have simply apologized for the inconvenience but instead tried to imply that this was somehow my doing by me not giving them my direct deposit... read more
Do not go with this company, they have the worse onboarding service. Also, the sales rep will sell you on anything and not what you need. Peter Butich was my sales rep and when I had issues he just put me off. I’m canceling today
