Received a call and was asked to tell them about my business... I don't think so! You need to explain what you do not me explaining m business to yall
They were fine as a pay platform, but anytime more assistance was needed if was a disaster. It took a substantial amount of time to get feedback and when I did, the information was not accurate.
Worst payroll company ever. No follow through and they NEVER take responsibility when they drop the ball. Very bad experience.
If you are looking for payroll services RUN!!!! I never give negative reviews but Paychex, since 2019, became a nightmare that only gets worse.
