I called Dr Sarraf's office late on a Friday afternoon hoping to get in, even though it was on short notice. I had a raging ingrown toenail and I was leaving town the next day. Dr Sarraf treated my right ankle when I had been in a lot pain for 2 years after an unsuccessful surgery performed by Dr. Steen Johnsen in Pheonix. I saw many other Dr's and no one could help me. He was so thorough, smart and knowledgable about advance treatments. I am finally walking normally. Thank you!

Did this provider spend time asking questions and listening to you? Definitely Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Mostly Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Absolutely Did your provider offer a holistic approach to your experience with them? It is heartwarming to know that this provider has thought about the value of a holistic approach.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
