Company convinced me to do business with them one week when I was out of oil and calling to find a provider to supply my oil ASAP as I had company coming and we were close to the weekend. The sweet administrative assistant explained that at the earliest she could squeeze me in on Monday (it was a Thursday I’d called)… I explained that it was too long of a wait and I would call around. Fabulous customer service and excellent prices!!
I had been using them for years, up until now. i placed an order on a monday, they came on Friday afternoon with 1/4 of the oil I had ordered. I had to continue calling and leaving messages to find out when I would get the remainder. They never return messages and rarely answer the phone. Very frustrating. I finally received the remainder 2 weeks later and they left the receipt in the driveway. i don't know what happened to this place, used to be way more professional.
