RecommendedWe have recently moved in. It was a smooth move in process. So far we love our apartment, the community is very nice, quiet, and well kept. We appreciate the outside being kept nicely. The amenities are very awesome!

Paxton Pointe is a sophisticated residential neighborhood that is well designed with clean lines. I have enjoyed the saltwater pool, the game room and morning coffee regularly. Paxton Pointe Hope changes the way it manages their properties and focuses on the residents needs. Where else can you receive evening front door trash pick-up? Social events are scheduled throughout the month for current and future residents. It has been a pleasure to live here.
Office staff is very friendly and attentive. Always say hello, ask about how your doing and how happy you are with your surroundings. They’re quick to reply and fix any problems you may have. We recently lost our beloved fur boy, Bevo. They were very caring and genuine in offering condolences. Areas are always clean. Maintenance crew always happy and greet anytime they see us. Very happy here!
Love this apartment staff!! I’ve never lived somewhere that actually cares. Alyssa and Anthony have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable in my home and do things no one ever has in an apartment complex. The Maintance manager Brandon has been so kind as well. And Cassie is a sweetheart. I feel so safe knowing they’re the ones in charge of my home and am thankful they took over for Greystar. I’ve recently moved to Paxton Point Hope and found this place to be amazing. I have lived in multiple complexes across the country and this one is definitely worth every penny. I’m amazed how clean and maintained this place is, the amenities/events are very nice and makes one feel spoiled, and the staff is amazing and attentive. I highly recommend calling this place home.
Perfect location, minutes from North Charleston & Mount Pleasant. There is a Publix’s in walking distance from your door, what else could you ask for? Excited to see what our little community will bring next!
