I’m only giving 2 stars because they try to have events for the community. They harass you about everything all the way down to paint chipping on the step before you enter your house. They don’t do any lawn care, only the common areas and the back is still filled with weeds. The pool is not open because they say it’s going to cost too much to fix but HOA fees are the highest I’ve ever seen.
