They made the process very easy, I contacted Pawtucket Auto Body after a accident and there was a rental waiting for me when I arrived. When it came time to pick up my car, my car looks like I rolled out of a show room. I'm so pleased with the entire process and staff!
I am fortunate to have a cousin "Dom jr." who I know will treat anyone I refer to him with respectful and courteous service. He never let's me or the customer I refer to him down. I always have a great experience and a happy friend when the work is complete. For this I want to say thanks. Try them out you won't be let down. It's a tough industry and tough to make everyone happy but he certainly tries his best.
If you need work done to your vehicle, this is the place to go! They know their stuff and don't leave you waiting. Domenic ordered parts one afternoon and within 24 hours the whole job was done. Maybe that can't happen every time, but I was blown away. Beyond giving Pawtucket Auto Body profession kudos, I also have to say that they are just nice people. There are a lot of jerks out there. Not only did you put me at ease during a trying time, but the work you did on my 2015 Kia Optima was immaculate!
