PCAH was amazing with my pup Ginger. Her original vet was not able to get her in to be seen same day but PCAH was able to get see our pup. Daniella & Dr. Achal were so sweet with Ginger, they sat on the floor with her for her to get comfortable while we explained what was going on & then moved her to the table to do her exam. They were thorough at explaining what was happening, gave a timely & manageable estimate for the procedure recommended, and gave updates on what was found while procedure was being done. I felt Ginger w... read more

Saying that the veterinarian and staff are wonderful is an understatement. They listen to what my fur baby and I need. I have a pit/lab mix rescue who has severe environmental, dust mite, and food allergies. We have gone through 5 vets who claimed to have “5-star rating” in the last two years. My son brought my cat in and a week later I brought my cat back. It wasn’t until I talked with my son telling him I thought something happened when I took the cat in, that I learned they were rough on the first visit. If your cat doesn’t like vets I would not got here. I took my cat back to his old vet Signal Hill and they were patient and calm with him. They even took a video of him so I knew he was ok getting a procedure done. My cat passed away and Signal Hill took the time to reach out to console me.

The ladies at this office are FANTASTIC. They were so helpful, so knowledgeable, and so incredibly patient with my shy boy, as well as with all of my questions. The doctor was efficient, well-versed, and my dog did not notice a single shot (he had 3). The best part was that not a single person tried to push any unnecessary testing or vaccines. They asked about lifestyle and where he went and it was clear they considered all aspects of my dog’s life in order to provide the best and most efficient care. After an initial wellne... read more
