We loved coming here, but I just went to drop off my dogs this morning for their appointment, and there was nothing in the salon and no one there. I just made my appointment last week, and they failed to mention that they would not be in business. No one called me to cancel my appointment. That is very unprofessional and poor customer service!!!

I received a call today that this salon closed and my appointment canceled. Good. I hope you don’t re-open as I just found out you hire people convicted of animal cruelty. Your prices were high and you kept my dog way too long most days without any communication. In your message, you said you would keep my number should you re-open. Please lose it!

If i could less then one star i would. Completly awful customer service. Kept my dogs for 8 hours with no follow up calls. Appointment time was changed sereval times. Only groomed one of two dogs. They were lucky I was not in town due to being at sea and that my wife had to deal with this. I would have never paid. Manger never called as promised. Owner never called as promised. Horrible place stay away even petsmart is better.

I made an appointment for my special needs, older dog almost a week in advance. This was our first visit to this salon. I received a text the day before verifying our appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't work on my dog because they were doing 2 German shepherds instead. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know they were not going to groom my dog. You have a groomer there named Tracey who is convicted of animal cruelty. she breeds dogs, a back yard breeder no health testing, she also caused the death of one of her dogs.. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET RID OF THIS GIRL WHY WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS CONVICTED OF ANIMAL CRUELTY..SHAME ON THIS SALON..

I took my Golden Retriever in at 8 am this morning I made the appointment when Jasper was in last. I did receive a confirmation text message that I did respond to so they knew we where coming for the appointment. After 5 hours and no call to say Jasper was ready I drove back to Pawsh to find Jasper as they told me was brushed. Yes brushed evidently as i was told a the owner of a dog can pay high price to express there dog and even if you have an appointment this means your dog waits.
