Ms. Kathy always takes great care of my babies. I have 1 Bombay cat, 1 Calico cat, & 2 Maine Coons. I have 2 Shih Tsu's, & 1 Pit Bull. ALL DONE BY MS. KATHY!! She's the best, she knows how to handle each pets needs & I'm so glad we found her!
I have been taking my dog here for a couple years, never had a problem up until oct 27 ( today ) I took my dog in there at 9 and they kept telling us that she wasn't done yet and hadn't even started grooming her, they let her pee on herself. They started grooming her and the lady in there was getting mad and agressively handling her so she bit and I took my dog and left I will never take my dog back there ever again �

Always do a great job with our St.Bernard. Their staff always shows her such love! Wholeheartedly recommend them! 5 stars!
My poodle was pretty matted but I believe the lady that worked on her just didn't even try. She shaved all her hair off ,took all the hair off her ears and gave her a flat top. She charged $40. And did not pull the hair from inside her ears ( which on poodles should be done) and didn't even cut her nails. My husband was furious as other groomers have always been able to give the time to send her home looking cute. So Never again ! Sorry I recommended he take her there.
IMG_5288.JPG IMG_5280.JPG Excellent job! My dogs were actually happy when they were done! They calmed our timid Cocker Spaniel & handled our huge Akita/Husky Mix like a puppy (no muzzle required) We will be returning again!
