My dog was groomed with Kathy back in September during the process apparently she had an issue that required medical attention. Pawsitivity was great with attempting to rectify he situation. They were very professional and covered our out Of pocket expenses. Very Nice people and treats the pets well

My 6 month old yorkie never had been to a groomer. She has just been diagnosed with liver shunt and never leaves my side by the time we got to our appointment Callie was trembling and I was almost ready to just cancel. These ladies assured me they would take good care of her and that they did. They did an amazing job on her and she was relaxed and happy when I arrived to pick her up. I definitely would recommend Pawsatively Proceless Pet Grooming .

My sis just called (10am 7/16/2014) to make an appointment and was treated very badly. My sister thanked the person who answered and was just hung up on. You guys just lost a generous tipper and tons of service. I wanted to call, but she wants me to stay out of it.

Kathy was wonderful with our fluffy kitty, Apollo. It was his very first grooming session ever. He received a handsome lion cut! Cooper kept us company while we waited.
