Fantastic communication and very accommodating. She did excellent grooming on my two imperial Shih Tzu’s. Fast and good work. Highly recommend!
Good experience,most of the time. Gave my number to have her call me,but she called my fiance instead,who was at work at the time. I did get the message eventually,but told her to call me,not her,as she was working. When I asked her about it,she said she must have wrote the number down wrong. She told me business volume was down. She couldn't keep up with high volume,as before because her aging status played a part in the volume she could handle.
