Been going there for years, but my experience yesterday was not great! I got charged with my own medicine cause she put drops in my dogs ear!
We believe our fur babies had a great experience here, and that means the world to us! We will definitely bring the three of them back for grooming! We come in from Southeast Kansas!
I have taken my dogs to Paws since they opened. I would not take them anywhere else. The doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful. I have the upmost respect for all of them. Thanks for going above and beyond!
The staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really care for the animals and don't make you feel like your just another person coming in.
After taking our babies here we are so satisfied and very pleased with the amazing job the girls did on my babies. A few months ago. We took our youngest to Pooches pet parlor groomers in Carterville Mo corner of Fountain and Main st. Very poor abusive to animal's instead take em here to PAWS DAY SPA i am so happy we came here LOVE IT THANK YOU.
I took my (very nervous) dog for "The Works" grooming. He now has "razor burn' on his genitals, knees and elbows and is hurting. I dont think Ms Rebecca will be given a chance to hurt him again!
Great staff, great care. My doggy loves going to see them!
