RecommendedI love taking my Ollie here! Everybody is always so friendly and patient with my crazy dog!
My dog initially looked great. However I got him home and he was bleeding in not one but SIX different places. A couple weren’t just small nicks but actually fairly deep. I can understand a couple cuts here and there because I’m sure he didn’t sit still the whole time but six in my opinion is just carelessness.
RecommendedI took my sweet Voli here for the first time over a year ago for grooming because they were conveniently near my house. I've never looked elsewhere - Paws always does an awesome job with him. And I LOVE the compliments he gets from staff ☺☺☺. I love my dog like family and it gives me the warm fuzzies when others gush over him too. Thank you Paws for always making him soft as silk and freshly scented, but also for treating him like royalty!

My latest experience was awful. I don’t typically leave reviews but this time I felt it’s necessary. I started going to this grooming facility because my rescue I adopted had previously gone to this facility and he looked great. Since then, I’ve gone another two times and the last 2 appointments, I took my 3 dogs in. We took our cat Luther in on the 17th because he seemed ill and we wanted to get him checked out. We ended up finding out he had a parasite from a tick commonly known as “bobcat fever” and our options and time was very limited. We had to have our sweet baby put to rest to save him from all the pain he was about to endure but, Dr. Westhoff and all of the staff was so kind and understanding. Dr. Westhoff is the best vet I have ever taken my babies to. She is super intelligent, kind, gentle, and professional. The staff have always been great with my pets and I, and I would recommend Paws to anyone.
