I have never heard a complaint about Paws since I have lived in Sioux Falls which is the reason I chose to bring my pup there for daycare twice a week. However, my last visit there, I noticed right as I had given my dog over to the worker, he placed her straight into a kennel. My dog has not been crate trained. I watched as another small dog that came in after us was also put into a kennel right next to mine. I called later to see why dogs were being kenneled immediately walking into the door. Winstons first day of daycare was today. He was a little anxious and the staff was great at making him feel welcome. He is tired from a day of playing, we will be back soon!

We have taken our pup to paws pet resort for basic training in which she has learned, sit, stay, come, lay down and twirl among a few other things. She has also stayed with them twice in the vip suite. I love being able to keep an eye on her through their pet cam. The camera is supposed to dispense treats when one hits a button but my treat loving monster has never made a move towards a treat so I am unsure if they actually dispense anything. Great facility all around! I take my dog Moose there all the time for puppy day care and had him signed up for their training courses! Sami did a fantastic job training our pup! ❤ would highly recommend!
Wouldn’t leave my dog anywhere else!
I have been very happy taking my dog to paws a couple times in the past (I have tried a couple of others and was NOT impressed at all with how they treated me or my dog) However, my most recent online reservation request was cancelled with no notification to me via call/email etc. I logged in to double check I had everything I needed to note and saw that it had been cancelled. The reservation was for tomorrow and now I have no idea what to do with my dogs. Not a cool move. But will still go back.
