My dog was groomed there on July 26, 2018 and I was informed by Jessica that my Shih Tzu bit Ashley. What I wasn’t told was that Ashley cut my dog’s nose so bad that she kept sneezing uncontrollably and is having trouble now. I had to take her to the vet and still is not well. How about being honest about what happened. Accident do happen, but I put trust in you. You were highly recommended by Cathy Whitney and I believed in it. Never again.

Hello- I think this is about Booboo? She was our only shih tzu that day. Ashley did not cut Booboo’s or anyone’s nose at all. She only gave her a bath. I groomed Booboo. Accidents do happen unfortunately, however, this did not. We certainly would have informed you if it had, I don’t run that kind of business. We care about all our pets here.
