Place was great in 2021. Free nail trims and baby food to distract your dog for blood draws. Stuff like that. Over time those went away and price increased. Seemed like the caring vets left. But the big issue was getting vet scammed. I asked about removing my dogs anal gland cause it leaks all the time and stinks. Vet said they don’t like to remove them due to possible complications later and I should just do a rinse/flush which will probably fix everything. I have a mastiff and not a lot people like them or scare of my dog. I really appreciate Dr. Hardy and all the nurses for helping my dog even he is aggressive . My dog likes this place too. They always answered my questions when I have concerns and give us an advice how to do it. I am glad I find the place that my dog and me love it.
Our experience has been great. Despite a 30-45 minute drive each way, we’ve been with the clinic since our dogs were 8 weeks old. We love the waiting room separate from the main which keeps our 4 yr old dogs, Oreo and Twinky, calm and relaxed. The wait time for the staff and doctor is always less than 5 minutes which is awesome. Dr. Hardy is amazing! I had been taking my dog to Paws for 5+ years and have always had nothing less than a positive experience. The staff really care about the animals that come in and their services are reasonably priced. On the last day that I brought my dog in, I had no idea that I’d have to say goodbye to him but Dr. Hardy who diagnosed him showed me empathy in a way that I’ll never forget.
