I trusted this practice with my beloved dog and cat but this hospital is not even able to manage to file my pets’ vaccine records correctly or have the appointments booked right! Last year, they made a mistake of poking my dog for a duplicated rabies vaccine. This year, as I gave them a second chance and arrived with my cat for agreed-upon vaccination that are due, they changed the plan and insisted in delaying some of the vaccines ( would be overdue) so it could help secure an annual exam next month. I had a truly great experience at Paws of Pleasanton and am so glad I brought my cats, Sammy and Luna, here. From the start, the entire staff was kind, patient, and professional—especially Tasha, who was incredibly sweet and thorough.
