I had been taking my dog to Paws for 5+ years and have always had nothing less than a positive experience. The staff really care about the animals that come in and their services are reasonably priced. On the last day that I brought my dog in, I had no idea that I’d have to say goodbye to him but Dr. Hardy who diagnosed him showed me empathy in a way that I’ll never forget. I’ve been a client of this practice for five years and have always had great experiences, until I got a second kitten. That’s when everything changed. The day after we brought the kitten home, she developed diarrhea. I called to schedule an appointment, but they didn’t have any “new pet” (one-hour) appointments available for over a week.
