Thanks to Marcy, the groomer, at Paws in Time Oswego! After a very disappointing experience elsewhere, I took my 4 month old shih tzu puppy to Marcy. She discovered that he was terribly matted from inadequate grooming. She was honest about what his hair might look like based on his poor condition. However, after picking him up, George was beautifully groomed and happy! She informed me that George did quite well during his groom and was not difficult, as I had heard from the previous groomer.
