My mom is very hard working. She cares about all the animal's that come in. She is always caught singing to them. And let me tell you her voice isn't good. But the dogs love it. She also gives nick names to them like sexy creature or little squishy. Sometimes her job isn't easy. Dogs and cats do bite and move around (not all). I used this place when they first opened....when I went back the beginning of March, I was sooo very disappointed!!! My dogs hair was combed! Very uneven, nails weren't done nothing! Absolute rip off!

Shannon sorry you were disappointed. You never called us to let us know you were unhappy. I used a clipper comb on your dog. The type of fur your dog has will look different. You chose a longer cut not a shavedown. You were happy when you picked up. At that point you had the chance to change the cut. I would have been happy to fix it.
