Is management looking at these reviews? Specifically in the last six months. I've seen more than one very low review about the same individual. If you've never been here, it's stressful enough Taking your animal into a store where people are shopping. After looking at reviews today, low prices or not, I don't need the extra aggravation. I also saw a comment about the owner's wife. in her defense, I have dealt with her before I wouldn't say she's rude. She's just a little abrupt..
Normally, the people here are very friendly, not the most tightly ran ship but always very kind. However today and the last time we went we had the same lady who is obviously not familiar with being nice to customers. My dog is old he pottied on the floor, no biggie. while I’m at the ground cleaning it up she hands my husband paperwork. I fill it out when I’m done and she is annoyed that I filled out both since she “gave us each a form so we could each fill out one” for our two dogs. My husband and I had multiple terrible experience here.... I don't recommend this place, they lie, and rude and yelling at customers... They dont respect their customers or pets I wish i can give 0 stars, plus the wife is rude....Very unproffessional, went here for years and stop going this is a updated review from years ago,
I have been coming here for 15 years. I love the staff but the lady at the door is horrible to the customers. She talks down to you and its a real turn off. I have had this lady almost tackle me cause she was not at her post when I have walking in. I have seen her talk poorly to elder people coming to get care for their pets.
Thank you Jen for always being so sweet and helping me solve the issues I was having coordinating between the vet and the clinic! The customer service and kindness is everything here and this is why I will always come back to this Paws Clinic. Thank you so much!!
