Susan and Mike are simply awesome not only because of their years of experience but also their willingness to accommodate. Paws and Claws has taken great care of my dog several times when I had to leave out of the valley for work. I love that they are a phone call away to check in on how my dog is doing. Thankfully feedback has always been good! I’m definitely a satisfied customer.
Highly recommend them to anyone who needs to leave their fur child anywhere for an extended period of time. They took great care of my boy Dallas!!!
Great place to board your dogs! Coming from a worried dog mom, I left my dog here for two nights and she seemed to thrive and have a great time! I really appreciate the owners answering my phone calls and being really nice when I asked how my fur baby was doing! Would leave her here again! 5/5 stars! ❤️
My dog, Storm, really enjoyed his 3 night stay. Paws and Claws will be my definite go to boarding place! I have tried several places in the McAllen/Edinburg area over the past 2 years—I’m very happy with the service & care Storm received. The outdoor space is awesome & a huge plus for my dog!

This place is my dogs home away from home! We have used paws and claws for the last three years. The dog kennels and runs are always clean and oder free. My dogs are always super excited to show up here, and bummed when they have to leave. The prices are affordable and worth every penny. It is a blessing to be able to leave my dogs here. I feel that my dogs are being taken care of as if they were theirs every single time I leave them here!
5 Stars for us! We have brought our springer spaniel, Carlos, to Paws and Claws Pet Resort on several occasions for 4 years. We’ve always had a great experience and we are pretty sure that Carlos likes it too. He’s always eager to get out of the car when he gets there and he seems to know right where to go. He loves to play with other dogs and it seems that the staff know which dogs to pair him with. Carlos is always bathed and clean when we pick him up. No I do not recommend. Grooming is terrible. New to area and had no idea any dog grooming facility good be this bad.
