We have a Shih Tzu who does *not like to be groomed, and we've had problems finding an understanding, knowledgeable groomer. We brought him to Paws and Claws, and were so thrilled with the excellent customer service, and the kind/experienced groomer who did such a wonderful job...We will gladly bring him back for sure, and have been recommening them to everyone!! :)

Libby is the best groomer around! I live 4 hours away, but whenever I am in Eau Claire visiting family I always try to get an appointment with Libby, as she does excellent work. Wish I lived closer so she could groom my dog Lily every time! After my dog's first groom with Libby multiple people commented it was the best Lily's hair has ever looked. I highly recommend her!
