RecommendedI just moved back to SD. I tried a couple grooming places before Paws and Bows but they didn’t do a good job with my Mini SchnauzerS. I am extremely happy with their services. They care about your dogs and the staff is super friendly.
I'm extremely disappointed with Paws & Bows. I made an appointment with them for our Husky and they went in and changed the appointment. I was unable to to fix what they did or contact them to try and correct their mistake (they have no working phone number). When we showed up for our appointment they refused to groom our dog. I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance so he would be groomed for our vacation. This is extremely rude and inconvenient for my family. The staff is so amazing !!!!! We bring our 4 dogs here and they do a wonderful job with great prices !!!! Best groomers ever! Their online system is very easy and we have been coming here for a few years now.
