So thankful for all of the staff. It’s obvious they cared as much for my mother as they did her animals. They have been super helpful during an unfortunate situation. They have the biggest hearts in town.

Our "Dr. Rick", Dr. Munsell, was absolutely incredible. We were so fortunate to have found him when one of our senior cats went into severe failing health just 10 days before we were to began a three day trek back to MN after 3 months wintering in FL. I could write volumes on the level of care, concern and follow up by Dr, Rick and the entire staff at Paws but will try and keep it short here. Not rip people off! 437.00 for a check up vaccines, and blood work on a well cat, disgusting over charging new people.
I would never go back there. My little dog is now completely deaf due to medication prescribed for an ear infection in one ear. Had I only put the drops in one ear she may have had some hearing but was told to put in both ears. So sad we can’t trust a Professional to know what is best. People ask every time if any meds have serious side effects!!

Dr. DiBoot is an amazing vet. I have not met a better qualified or caring vet. She treats my animals with kindness and respect they deserve. I would not take them anywhere else. They worked in my sick bunny even when I called at closing time. Some may say they are expensive, my experience is you get what you pay for. LOVE YOU GUYS <3
