I definitely would Recommend this company They put you first~ Their Response back to your question (s) vie Email is almost immediately. Then they call you and talk to you, you are not Rushed in anyway, VERY RESPECTFUL TO FEELINGS . I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PAWS REMEMBERED TO ANYONE.
I didn't personally deal with your company. The vet that put my baby to rest handle it with you. When I picked her back up from the vet this evening, it was one of the worst days of my life. The care that you put into the rememberence of my precious Gizzy was absolutely beautiful. The lose of her is heartbreaking, but the items I now have to remember her by makes it a touch easier! Thank you so much!
When our baby Trigger passed the team at Paws and Remember did a great job keeping in touch and answering my many messages.They were very sensitive to our needs and got him back to us very quickly.We really appreciated that and are glad he is home again. They took great care of our fur baby, Gizmo when we dropped him off last Friday after he passed away unexpectedly. We will definitely use them again in the future if we decide to adopt another animal down the road. And I will definitely refer them to my friends and family for their fur babies. Everyone in the office is so nice and thoughtful. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Paws & Remember.
Wonderful place with a wonderful staff! They really made my experience great and helped me through one of the toughest moments of my life.
