When you lose a family fur member, it hurts so bad and leave a huge void. You know they can not be there physically anymore so having them back in our home cremated offers some closure. The folks at Paws were so kind and sweet during this horrible and sad time. It was so appreciated to have them understand the true loss. Our Chirpe is back home where he belongs forever. Thank you for being so kind to not only us but our Chirpe.
Monticello Animal Hospital arranged everything on our behalf but the beautiful box with my dog’s name on it, the memory items and frame all help to ease the loss of our beloved boy. Thank you for the gentle details.
I received the ashes of my 13 year old pittie yesterday. They were beautifully wrapped and the cards included in the bag were very heartwarming and loving. Thanks to this company I'll be able to keep Blade close to me. Thank you so much for your compassion. �

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the dignity in which you handled my pet’s passing. I was so touched by the detail and care that you obviously took with handling her remains. Halo was a very important part of our family. When I received her remains, I felt as if you treated her just as you would have treated your own family member.
