I took my dogs here to be groomed. I asked that they express one of my dogs anal glands. Two days later the anal gland was so swollen. I took him back to the groomer and she tried to express it again, but it ruptured. She told me to take him to a vet and to bring them the bill. My dog ended up having surgery to repair the anal gland and I took them the $621 bill. The owner refused to pay the bill and told the employee that she could pay the bill out of her own pocket. RecommendedThey were a godsend to us! we had taken in a large stray golden doodle that was full of pickers and smelled horrendous. My son was also having allergies from whatever she rolled around in while running loose. We tried bathing at home but she wasn't a fan and had lots of matting in her hair. Every groomer is sooo backed up bc of pandemic and most aren't even taking new clients but Paws and Claws were amazing about squeezing us in because of our situation!! The girl today did a amazing 😉 job with both my dogs and very patient with my German Shepard who is a very scared dog. I would highly recommend them.

We have Rottweilers and they are definitely on the larger end of the scale. I have been told by other groomers they would have to, "charge more due to the breed and size" and some flat out refused to see my dogs which is by all means a businesses right.
